Ordering & Payment

What payment methods do you accept? We accept all major payment methods at checkout: UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and wallets. All payments are processed securely through Shopify.

Can I cancel or modify my order after placing it? Unfortunately no. Since every item is made on demand, production begins shortly after your order is placed. Please double-check your size, colour, and delivery address before confirming.

Can I place a bulk or corporate order? Yes, we can accommodate bulk orders for teams, events, or gifting. Write to us at store@blend.world with your requirements and we'll work something out.


Shipping & Delivery

How long will my order take to arrive? Orders are dispatched within 3–4 business days. After dispatch, delivery takes 2–4 days depending on your location. Total expected time is 5-8 business days.

How much does shipping cost? Shipping is ₹79 flat for orders up to ₹1000 worth of items. Orders valued at more than ₹1000 ship free.

Do you ship outside India? Not at the moment. We ship within India only.

Which pin codes do you deliver to? We deliver to 29,000+ pin codes across India — metros, Tier 2, and Tier 3 cities. In rare cases where your pin code is only serviceable by India Post, delivery may take up to 15 working days.

What if my order wasn't delivered? Delivery failures can happen due to an incorrect address, the courier being unable to reach you. If your order shows as undelivered, write to us at store@blend.world and we'll help sort it out.

Are all items in my order shipped together? If your order contains multiple products, they will generally be shipped together. In some cases, items may be dispatched separately depending on the product type. You'll receive tracking details for each shipment.


Sizing & Fit (Apparel)

How do I pick the right size? Every apparel product page includes a size chart in the product images. Please refer to it carefully before ordering. If you're between sizes, we recommend sizing up for a more relaxed fit.

The size I want is out of stock. What do I do? Write to us at store@blend.world and we'll let you know when it's available again.


Product Quality

How are the products made? Every item in our store is made on demand — printed, assembled, or produced only after you place your order. Nothing sits in a warehouse. Nothing is mass-produced.

What printing or production method is used? Depending on the product, we use methods such as DTG (Direct to Garment) printing, DTF (Direct to Film), sublimation, embroidery, and more — all handled by our fulfilment partner Qikink, who operate a 25,000 sq ft in-house manufacturing facility in India.

Will the print or finish hold up over time? Yes, with proper care. For printed apparel, we recommend washing inside-out in cold water and avoiding harsh detergents or high-heat drying. Care instructions specific to each product are listed on the product page where applicable.

Is the quality consistent? Every order is quality-checked before dispatch by Qikink, who have fulfilled over 5 million items for 25,000+ brands across India since 2016.


Returns & Replacements

Do you accept returns? Since every item is made to order, we don't accept returns for change of mind or incorrect size selection. Please check size charts and product descriptions carefully before ordering.

What if my order arrives damaged or with a defect? Email us at store@blend.world within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a clear photo of the issue. We'll arrange a replacement promptly.

What if I received the wrong item? That shouldn't happen, but if it does — email us at store@blend.world within 48 hours with a photo. We'll make it right immediately.

When will I get my refund? Refunds are issued only when a replacement isn't possible. They are processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method.


Gifting

Can I send an order directly to someone as a gift? Absolutely. Just enter the recipient's address as the delivery address at checkout. 

Do you offer gift packaging? We don't currently offer gift wrapping as standard, but the packaging is neat and presentable. If this is something you'd like for a special occasion, write to us at store@blend.world and we'll see what we can arrange.

Right now that includes apparel, and we're expanding into other product categories over time. Everything is designed in-house and made on demand.
